📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for construction and infrastructure projects using industry-leading software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
• Prepare and deliver BIM-related documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as BIM standards established by the Construction Industry Institute (CII).
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on the use of BIM software.
• Collaborate with other BIM Modellers and Coordinators to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in BIM technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Proficient in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Certification in BIM software or relevant industry standards, such as CII BIM Certification.
• Strong understanding of construction and infrastructure principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
