📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of injection molding technicians, providing guidance and training.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions to address any defects.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve mold designs and production processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Utilize software like SAP and MES for production planning and data analysis.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 1–3 years of experience in injection molding production.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP and MES software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
