📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site surveys and measurements to gather data for design and construction purposes.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, including specifications and schedules, in accordance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the architectural field.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and building codes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from an architecture program with a strong academic background.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and Revit for architectural design and documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
