📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and optimize IP network solutions for our clients in the MRO ICT MSSD sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end network services and solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IP network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IP networking.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
• Work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless integration of our products and services, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IP networking.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or similar industry-recognized certifications in IP networking.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting IP network solutions for enterprise and large-scale networks.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and network security principles.
• Experience with Huawei networking products, including routers, switches, and security appliances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
