As an Accounting & Finance Specialist at CV Jaya Auto Randugarut, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams by analyzing financial data and providing insights.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission to the relevant authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
Fluency in English is a plus.
