📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage piling and construction activities on-site.,Ensure all construction work is completed according to project plans and specifications.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.,Manage and mentor a team of site workers, ensuring they are trained and motivated.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in piling and construction activities.,Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of site workers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali, Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive construction equipment.
