Nusantara Cement is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team in Seminyak. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our cement production facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on cement production equipment and machinery.,Perform corrective maintenance to resolve equipment breakdowns and malfunctions.,Inspect and test equipment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.,Provide technical support and training to junior maintenance staff.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.,Strong knowledge of cement production processes and equipment.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
