📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the club's financial reporting processes, including month-end closing, financial statements preparation, and audit support.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide financial insights and analysis to support the club's strategic planning and operational decision-making.,Oversee the club's budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitor financial performance against budgeted targets.,Manage and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.,Collaborate with the club's management team to identify and implement cost-saving measures and operational improvements.,Prepare and present financial information to the club's board of directors, ensuring clear and effective communication of key financial metrics.,Maintain and update the club's financial records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior accountants.,Familiarity with accounting software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
