📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business development.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
