📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure the best fit for the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide feedback to candidates and follow up to ensure a positive candidate experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
