📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any issues or concerns raised.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers in the store.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.
