📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct 8–10 daily visits to merchant locations to monitor activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to merchants, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and support merchants in achieving their business goals.
• Monitor merchant transactions and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in merchant transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with merchants and provide regular updates on company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all merchant locations are compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Provide training and support to merchants on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or merchant services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with merchant services and retail operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
