📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Mentor and guide employees in their professional development.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.,Provide feedback and support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Conduct regular training evaluations and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong mentoring and coaching skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with HRIS and training management systems.
