📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations.,Performing complex laboratory tests and providing accurate results to clients.,Mentoring and training junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Conducting quality control checks to ensure the reliability of test results.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.,Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols in the laboratory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory setting.,Proven track record of managing laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and lead a team.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with laboratory management software and data analysis tools.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance.
