You will use advanced tools such as Trados Studio, SDL Trados, and MemoQ to manage and deliver high-quality interpretations. With 3-5 years of experience in professional interpretation, you will have a strong command of Japanese and Indonesian languages, as well as a deep understanding of Japanese business culture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretations for Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Use advanced translation tools such as Trados Studio, SDL Trados, and MemoQ to manage and deliver high-quality interpretations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other interpreters to ensure seamless communication and project success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in professional interpretation.
• Deliver interpretations in a variety of settings, including meetings, negotiations, and training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of interpretation services and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and Indonesian languages.
• 3-5 years of experience in professional interpretation, with a strong focus on Japanese-Indonesian communication.
• Familiarity with advanced translation tools such as Trados Studio, SDL Trados, and MemoQ.
• Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and customs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese, Translation Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).
