📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic development plans for IKN infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities, to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed developments.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with national and local regulations and standards.
• Facilitate community engagement and consultation processes to gain buy-in for development projects.
• Collaborate with urban planners, engineers, and other specialists to integrate technical and design aspects into development plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in development coordination or a similar role in infrastructure or urban development projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian national and local regulations and standards relevant to urban development.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
