🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Ability to travel as needed for training activities.
