📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with HR team members to schedule and conduct interviews and reference checks.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Utilize recruitment software such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse to streamline the hiring process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, including JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in professional recruitment or HR-related certifications is a plus.
