📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that the kitchen meets the needs of the restaurant and its customers.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in inventory management and procurement to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with quality ingredients.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and delivering high-quality food.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
