📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Provide financial analysis and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for operations.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.,Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
