As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 5.500.000 - Rp 7.500.000 per bulan, along with opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide support to the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
