Sentosa Medical is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to start right away, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products and services to healthcare providers in the Sidoarjo area. You'll need to be a self-starter, comfortable with public speaking, and have a strong understanding of the local market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Visit and meet with healthcare providers to promote and sell our products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Provide excellent customer service and address client needs and concerns.

Stay updated on industry trends and new products.

Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events.

Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely follow-through.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the medical industry.

Strong understanding of the healthcare market in the Sidoarjo area.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.

Strong sales acumen and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
