This role is crucial in supporting the production team and ensuring smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet daily targets.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any production issues.,Train and mentor junior staff on production procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with the production manager to implement process improvements.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and improvement methodologies.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
