📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities.,Support the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operations.,Ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.,Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.,Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with operational processes and best practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
