Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company,Ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently,Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Monitoring and analyzing operational performance to identify areas for improvement,Coordinating with department heads to ensure that all departments are working together effectively,Managing the company's budget and ensuring that all financial activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting is a plus
