📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.

Oversee the work of the crew and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Plan and execute routes and schedules.

Maintain and inspect all vessel equipment and systems.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Manage vessel documentation and records.

Coordinate with shore-based operations and other vessels as needed.

Provide excellent customer service to passengers and cargo.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.

Valid Captain's license and other relevant certifications.

Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.

Proven track record of safety and operational excellence.

Fluency in English is a plus.

Experience with cargo or passenger vessels is a plus.
