📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and train a team of staff to ensure they are meeting performance targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
