Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstocking.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve store performance.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.Participate in store audits and quality control measures to ensure adherence to standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations management.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficient in using retail management software and tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.🛠️ Keahlian
