We are a busy health center located in the heart of Pematangsiantar, and we need someone who can handle multiple tasks with a smile. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers,Maintain and clean the coffee equipment and barista tools,Process customer orders accurately and efficiently,Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawer,Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Follow all health and safety guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a barista, cashier, or in a similar role is a plus,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines is a plus,Friendly and approachable personality,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
