📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with micro and small businesses in Purwokerto, Karangpucung, Wangon, and Ajibarang.
• Identify and assess the financial needs of clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for financial products and services.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote financial inclusion initiatives.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of financial products and services.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of financial inclusion programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
