📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct phone interviews, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
