📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Lead and mentor a team of injection molding technicians, providing guidance and training.
Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions to address any defects.
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve mold designs and production processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Utilize software like SAP and MES for production planning and data analysis.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

1–3 years of experience in injection molding production.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing teams.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP and MES software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
