📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Manage general affairs, including office administration, facilities management, and vendor relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
• Manage the company's benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in general affairs.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
