As a Clinical Nutritionist at PT Karya Purna Yudha, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing nutrition programs tailored to the unique needs of our guests. You'll collaborate with chefs, dietitians, and wellness experts to create balanced, delicious, and health-conscious menus that align with our guests' wellness goals. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where your passion for nutrition meets the luxury hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for guests based on their health goals and dietary preferences.
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to create balanced, delicious, and health-conscious menus for resort kitchens and wellness retreats.
• Educate guests on the importance of nutrition in achieving their wellness goals through workshops, consultations, and one-on-one sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition programs, making data-driven adjustments to improve guest outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in nutrition science and wellness to continuously enhance our programs.
• Work closely with wellness and fitness professionals to create comprehensive wellness packages that integrate nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in resort kitchens and wellness facilities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new wellness initiatives and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science, Dietetics, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
• Certification from a reputable nutrition organization, such as the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) or the International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN).
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and their application in various health conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and consult with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using nutrition software and tools, such as MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, or similar.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
