📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients, focusing on skincare and makeup.
• Demonstrate and apply makeup and skincare products to clients, ensuring they achieve their desired look.
• Stock and maintain beauty products, ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing display.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on beauty techniques and product knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry, and incorporate them into your consultations.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
• Promote and upsell beauty products and services to increase sales and revenue.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring that every client leaves feeling satisfied and valued.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a beauty advisory or retail role, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Deep knowledge and passion for skincare and makeup products and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Familiarity with beauty software and point-of-sale systems, such as POS, BeautyCounter, or similar.
• Ability to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
