📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation.,Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation by supervising kitchen staff and monitoring food preparation.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.,Manage inventory and ordering processes to optimize food costs and availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Monitor and report sales data to support decision-making and improve business performance.,Train and develop new staff to maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
