📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events, such as training sessions and team-building activities.,Support the HR department in the administration of payroll and other financial transactions related to employee compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a maritime or related industry.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
